Tonic Arts Participation Officer:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to contract as our Tonic Arts Participation Officer. This role will involve developing and delivering a diverse range of participatory arts activities for patients and staff across various NHS Lothian sites. You will be the driving force behind our engagement initiatives, from coordinating workshops and performances to facilitating art walks and consultations.
This role demands excellent communication, logistical, and time management skills as you collaborate with internal NHS teams, national and third-sector partners, and talented artists. You will be responsible for timetabling activities, designing and delivering engaging workshops, ensuring smooth event delivery, and contributing to the evaluation of their impact. If you have experience in developing and coordinating participatory arts projects, a strong understanding of arts practice, and a knack for building collaborative relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.
Tonic Arts Participation Officer
Tonic Arts Art and Design Enhancements Project Manager:
Are you passionate about the power of art and design to enhance healthcare environments? We are also seeking a creative and organised Tonic Arts Art & Design Enhancements Project Manager to deliver therapeutic enhancements to new capital healthcare refurbishments and developments.
In this exciting role, you will manage all stages of art and design projects, from initial concept to final installation and evaluation. You will take a collaborative approach, engaging with staff, patients, and local groups to ensure their voices are central to the development of these enhancements. This includes commissioning artists and designers, liaising with construction teams, developing engagement activities to connect people with the new artworks, and managing project budgets. If you have a strong knowledge of art and design commissioning, excellent project management skills, and a sensitivity to the healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
