Health at Hand; Free Wellbeing Sessions for NHS Lothian Staff

We are delighted to be offering free online wellbeing sessions for NHS Lothian staff as well as the opportunity to be part of an exciting performance as part of Healing Arts Scotland.
No experience is required.
Even if you weren’t able to participate in the previous sessions, you can still sign up and take part!
We advise that you:
- Check your surrounding area for any trip or slip hazards
- Are wearing clothes and footwear you can move comfortably in
- Can easily reach your arms out to the side and above without touching anything
- Have some drinking water to hand
- Only do what feels safe and comfortable for you
You can stop at any point; do what feels comfortable for you.
