Positive Health: Green Health and Tonic Arts Network Gathering 2025
Join us on 13 May for our 2025 Network Gathering to share knowledge, build impactful partnerships and explore positive health initiatives using creativity and nature.

Building on the success of the 2024 event, this year’s event focuses on the positive impact our work has on health and the evidence behind this.
Explore ways to advance positive health initiatives using creativity and nature.
What to expect:
- Discussions on the latest research and best practices
- Opportunities to share your experiences and insights
- Engaging workshops and networking opportunities
- Discover how to harness the healing power of nature and the arts to create healthier communities.
This will be an in person event at the Usher Building, with a welcome lunch followed by a “Fishbowl” discussion to provide an interactive space for participants to share evidence and experiences regarding the positive impacts of arts and greenspace. You will then have the opportunity to take part in a range of workshops where you will work with other network members to share your experiences and develop your learning.
Workshop topics:
- Growing Connections: Optimising hospital gardens for patients, staff, and community
- Transforming Spaces: Creative interventions for positive healthcare experiences
- Creative Collaboration: Connecting and engaging through participatory arts
- Bringing the Outdoors In: Practical strategies to bring nature into healthcare settings
You will sign up to the workshops on the day so please arrive with enough time to do this before the welcome session starts at 13:15.
